User Agreement:
Agreement with Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to comealive.com. By using comealive.com, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Changes in Terms and Conditions.
Comealive.com has the right to change or discontinue any feature of comealive.com and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately without notice.
Conduct of User:

Lawful Use.
Comealive.com must only be used for lawful purposes. Any conduct that restricts anyone else from using comealive.com is prohibited.

Downloading.
Comealive.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, some of which is owned by comealive.com and some of which is owned by third parties. The entire contents of comealive.com is copyrighted as a collective work/compilation. Comealive.com owns copyright in the selection and improvement of all content. Do not edit, publish, transfer, sell, or in any way exploit, any of the content, either in whole or in part. Except as otherwise permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of comealive.com (and/or copyright owner). 2006 All rights reserved.

Limits of Liability and Disclaimers:
Ticket Ordering & Service Fees.
Service Fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancelled show the price of your ticket will be refunded, but service fees are non-refundable. Comealive.com server uses the Eastern US time zone when figuring Price and Ticket Deadlines.

Entire Agreement.
This Agreement, and any operating rules for comealive.com constitutes the entire agreement and replaces all previous written or oral agreements between the parties.

Controlling Law.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any cause of action of any nature arising out this Agreement shall be brought in the City of Medford and County of Burlington, New Jersey.
