Greetings in Jesus!

I am writing to you today about a wonderful ministry occasion in Ghana, West Africa!

Let me introduce myself. My name is Pastor Harry Thomas and I am the co-founder and director of the Creation Festivals in the Northeast and Northwest and founder of Come Alive International. Come Alive is involved in foreign missions to spread the good news of the Gospel.

Imagine thousands of African young people being educated at a Christian University. Well, that is the dream and we are close to seeing it come into reality. Right now, over 200 students have applied, the professors are lined-up... but we need your help to complete the vision.

I met John Oduro when we were in seminary together almost forty years ago. John was born and raised in Ghana and received his educational degrees here in the United States.

In 1983 John and I felt that the Lord wanted us to join together to start a church and a school just outside of Accra, Ghana. God has blessed the school and now over 1,700 children are enrolled (K to 12). Recently, Compassion International brought 150 of the "poorest of the poor" children into the school. By God's grace we were able to have them all sponsored at Creation '07.

Dr. John Oduro is a man of vision. A couple of years ago he asked me to pray about building a Liberal Arts College together. By God's grace we moved forward in faith and I am happy to report the building is almost finished, but we still need your prayers and help.

John and I are trusting God for the final $200,000 needed to open the doors. I believe that the Lord is able! I pray that you will have faith to stand with Dr. Oduro and me to see thousands of young African men and women attending this Christian University.

I want to promise you something. 100% of what you give to Come Alive International, Inc. will go directly to the University in Ghana to finish the building and open the University. So the amount you give is exactly what will be sent to the University.

Are you able to give a special offering of $25.00 or more to finish the university? A gift of $2,000 or more will place a plaque with your name on it in one of the classrooms. You can donate easily by clicking here and using your credit card or simply sending a check to the address listed. You can also call 609-654-8440 and use your credit card to make the donation during the day. Be sure to view the short video and photos on www.videorocket.com.

Thank you for taking time to read this letter and thank you for your generosity. Please act today and pray over that gift that God will multiply it in the lives of many young Africans.

I encourage you to be part of the blessing of seeing this fantastic University come to completion!

Serving Jesus!

Musical Event Celebrating Community and Friendship
Between Americans and Moroccans to Continue

About Friendship Fest
In early 2004, Harry Thomas (co-founder of American music’s Creation Festivals), was invited to Morocco to meet with top Moroccan government and religious leaders including Prime Minister Driss Jettou. During the visit, Thomas developed a friendship with Marrakech Regional President Abdelali Doumou and Marrakech Wali (Governor) Mohamed Hassad, who asked Thomas to present a Human Rights award at a major event to celebrate the achievements of women. The ceremony, called Khmissa 2004, took place as part of a program that was televised throughout Morocco, to much of the Arab world and also to France. At the ceremony, Thomas presented the award to Assia El Qouadie, a woman who worked with prison reform. During the presentation, Thomas referred to Scripture, stating that those who work with the poor touch the face of God. His remarks were warmly received by the audience.

Shortly after Thomas returned to the United States, he received a letter from Moroccan Ambassador Aziz Mekouar confirming an invitation he had received verbally from Regional President Doumou to bring American music to Morocco to promote friendship between the people of the United States and Morocco.
